Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
  • In-Stock Items: Will be shipped within 1–4 business days after order processing.
  • Out-of-Stock or Special Order Items: May take between 1.5 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on availability and international shipping conditions.

We aim to deliver reliably and securely to all international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 1–2 business days.
You can track your shipment anytime via our Order Tracking Page.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 3–5 weeks, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to locate your order and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We may request photos of the damaged packaging and/or contents to help us file a claim with the shipping carrier. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund for any damaged items.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
